Biography: Claude Pellerin is specialised in Merger and Acquisition, business rollover, leverage buyout, business succession, reorganisation, private and public financing. He also acts as counsel, officer and director for private and public corporations. His mandate are mostly to prepare contracts in national and international law, internal and governance politics, reporting and information documents that need to be filed with the regulatory authorities (AMF, SEC), reorganisation planning and financing. Before obtaining his License in law, he has obtained a degree in business from HEC, and in 2005 he terminated a master degree in business Law. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1997.
